Helpful bug reports

If you report an issue, include the page, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if possible.

  • Browser and device type help us reproduce visual issues.
  • For map/globe issues, mention whether you were on desktop or mobile.
  • For account issues, never send passwords.

Account and login help

Use the password reset flow if you cannot access your account.

  • Check spam or junk folders for verification and reset codes.
