Welcome to Tourdom. Tourdom is built for musicians first, while welcoming trusted music-industry and live-event professionals, including engineers, production pros, venue people, managers, crew, and other people who help music move from town to town.
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Tourdom, including public profiles, tour maps, venue information, ratings, messaging, social sharing tools, and related services for musicians and music-industry users.
By creating an account, using Tourdom, submitting content, or browsing the site, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use Tourdom.
1. Who Operates Tourdom
Tourdom is operated by Drum&Strum LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.
Tourdom may be referred to in these Terms as “Tourdom,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
The Tourdom name, brand, design, platform concept, and related materials are owned or controlled by Drum&Strum LLC and/or its founder unless otherwise stated.
Tourdom™ is used as a claimed trademark. The ™ symbol does not mean the mark is federally registered.
2. What Tourdom Is
Tourdom is a musician-first platform designed to help users:
- Create musician, artist, or industry-professional profiles.
- Map tour history and public tour stops.
- Share public tour maps.
- Discover musicians, trusted industry professionals, venues, and scenes.
- Connect with other users.
- Exchange messages.
- Share venue experiences and ratings.
- Contribute road-tested venue information.
- Explore musician-first networks, scenes, industry relationships, and travel history.
Tourdom is meant to support the music community with useful, respectful, practical road intelligence. Musicians remain first; industry professionals are welcome when they use Tourdom in that spirit.
It is not a booking agency, employment service, payment processor for gigs, legal advisor, tax advisor, travel agent, or guarantee of venue quality, user behavior, or business outcomes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tourdom.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use Tourdom only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using Tourdom, you confirm that you are allowed to enter into these Terms and that your use of the site does not violate any law or agreement that applies to you.
4. Accounts and Registration
Some parts of Tourdom may be viewed without an account. Other features require registration.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
You agree not to:
- Create an account using false or misleading information.
- Impersonate another person, artist, band, business, or organization.
- Use another person’s account without permission.
- Attempt to bypass account security or verification systems.
- Use Tourdom to harass, spam, exploit, or mislead others.
Tourdom may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the community.
5. Public Identity, Usernames, and Stage Names
Tourdom is built around public professional identity in the music community.
Your username, stage name or display name, profile type, role, profile photo, public profile information, public tour map, public tour stops, public venue ratings, and other public contributions may be visible to other users and visitors.
Your username may be locked after registration to protect account integrity and prevent confusion.
Your stage name or display name may be editable and may be used publicly across the site. If no stage name is provided, Tourdom may display your username or another account identifier.
Please choose names, roles, profile types, and affiliations that accurately represent you and do not infringe on another person’s rights or imply a relationship that does not exist.
6. User Content
“User Content” means anything you submit, upload, post, save, rate, write, or share through Tourdom, including but not limited to:
- Profile information.
- Profile photos.
- Stage names, display names, roles, profile types, and bios.
- Tour stops.
- Tour/project names.

You keep ownership of content you own.
By submitting User Content to Tourdom, you give Tourdom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, publish, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, improve, and share the Tourdom service.
This includes using public profile and tour map information to generate public map previews, social sharing cards, thumbnails, metadata, and other display formats.
You are responsible for the content you submit.
You agree that you will not submit content that:
- You do not have the right to use.
- Is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, or harassing.
- Violates someone’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Contains illegal material.
- Contains malware, spam, scams, or deceptive links.
- Encourages violence or illegal activity.
- Exploits or harms minors.
- Misrepresents venue experiences, ratings, identities, roles, employers, clients, affiliations, endorsements, or professional relationships.
Tourdom may remove or limit content at its discretion.
7. Public Tour Maps and Social Sharing
Tourdom allows users to create public tour maps, public profiles, and share public links. These features may be used by musicians, artists, and trusted industry professionals, but they should not be used to mislead people about credentials, affiliations, bookings, endorsements, or employment relationships.
If you make tour stops public, those stops may appear on:
- Your public Tourdom profile.
- Your public tour map.
- Map previews.
- Social sharing cards.
- Discovery features.
- Venue-related pages or tools.
- Aggregated site statistics or visualizations.
Tourdom may generate preview images for public tour maps. These preview images may include:
- Tourdom branding.
- A map screenshot.
- Your public stage name, username, or profile identity.
- Stop counts.
- Country counts.
- Other public map information.
- A Tourdom call-to-action.
These generated images may be stored temporarily or persistently in cloud storage so social platforms can fetch them.
Social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, text message apps, and others may cache shared links and images. Tourdom cannot fully control how long third-party platforms cache previews.
8. Venue Information and Ratings
Tourdom includes shared venue information and venue ratings to help musicians share practical road knowledge.
Venue information may include:
- Venue name.
- City.
- State or province.
- Country.
- Map coordinates.
- Public tour stop associations.
- Ratings.
- Public notes or road-intel style information.
Tourdom may combine, normalize, clean up, merge, or correct venue information to reduce duplicates and improve map quality.
For example, Tourdom administrators may merge duplicate venue entries, correct obvious typos, or preserve a canonical venue record.
When shared venue information is used by multiple users, certain fields may be locked to protect the shared public venue record. Users may still be able to edit their own stop details, notes, visibility, tour/project, ratings, and private notes.
Venue ratings and comments reflect user experiences and opinions. Tourdom does not guarantee that venue ratings are complete, current, fair, accurate, or representative of every musician’s experience.
Use venue information as helpful road intel, not as a guarantee.
9. Messaging and Community Conduct
Tourdom may provide internal messaging, connection tools, scene discussions, notifications, and other community features.
You agree to use these tools respectfully.
You may not use Tourdom to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others.
- Send spam or mass unsolicited messages.
- Send scams, phishing attempts, or deceptive offers.
- Share another person’s private information without permission.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Pressure users into unsafe situations.
- Promote hate, violence, exploitation, or illegal conduct.
Tourdom may provide blocking, reporting, deletion, moderation, or administrative tools. We may review activity when necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal obligations.
10. Tips, Support, and Payments
Tourdom may include a “Keep Tourdom Rolling,” tip jar, donation, support, or similar feature.
Tips or contributions are voluntary unless clearly stated otherwise.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise:
- Tips do not purchase ownership in Tourdom.
- Tips do not create investor rights.
- Tips do not guarantee future features.
- Tips do not create employment, partnership, or agency relationships.
- Tips may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Tourdom may later offer optional paid upgrades, subscriptions, enhanced features, or sponsor-supported tools. If that happens, additional terms may apply.
11. Account Deletion
Tourdom may allow users to request account deletion.
If you request account deletion, Tourdom may delete or anonymize personal account information where reasonably possible.
However, some information may remain if needed for legitimate business, legal, security, backup, audit, or community reasons.
Because Tourdom includes shared road-intel and venue data, some public or shared venue information may remain even after your account is deleted, especially if it has become part of the shared venue library, public map data, ratings history, moderation records, or aggregated site functionality.
Examples of information that may remain include:
- Shared venue records.
- Aggregated statistics.
- Public road-intel that has been merged into shared records.
- Backups retained for a limited period.
- Security, audit, or abuse-prevention records.
- Content that other users have independently contributed or interacted with.
Tourdom will make reasonable efforts to respect deletion requests while preserving site integrity and legal obligations.
12. Intellectual Property
Tourdom, the Tourdom name, Tourdom branding, site design, code, features, logos, visual identity, platform structure, and related materials are owned by Drum&Strum LLC and/or its founder unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, scrape, resell, or exploit Tourdom’s platform, branding, code, design, or data except as allowed by Tourdom in writing or through normal use of the service.
You may share your own public Tourdom profile or tour map links.
You may not use Tourdom branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or official affiliation without permission.
13. Third-Party Services
Tourdom may rely on third-party services for hosting, storage, maps, email, security, payments, analytics, social previews, or other infrastructure.
These may include services such as:
- Cloud hosting providers.
- Object storage providers.
- Email delivery services.
- Map and geocoding tools.
- Security and anti-spam tools.
- Payment processors.
- Social media platforms.
- Analytics or logging tools.
Third-party services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Tourdom is not responsible for third-party services, outages, previews, caches, payment decisions, map data errors, or external platform behavior.
14. Availability and Changes
Tourdom is a growing platform. Features may change, break, improve, move, disappear, or be replaced.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Tourdom at any time.
We will try to build responsibly, but Tourdom is provided as-is and as-available.
No backstage pass guarantees uptime. Even the best tour van needs repairs.
15. Disclaimers
Tourdom does not guarantee that:
- The service will always be available.
- User content will always be accurate.
- Venue ratings will be complete or reliable.
- Map locations will always be exact.
- Messages will always be delivered.
- Social previews will always update immediately.
- Third-party platforms will display shared links correctly.
- Tourdom will meet every user’s needs.
Tourdom is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Use the platform with your own judgment.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tourdom, Drum&Strum LLC, its owners, operators, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tourdom.
This includes but is not limited to lost income, lost gigs, lost opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, travel issues, venue disputes, third-party conduct, or platform downtime.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tourdom’s total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid directly to Tourdom for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tourdom, Drum&Strum LLC, its owners, operators, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of Tourdom.
- Your User Content.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of someone else’s rights.
- Your misuse of Tourdom features.
- Your unlawful conduct.
18. Termination
You may stop using Tourdom at any time.
Tourdom may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the platform, or harmed the community.
We may also remove content or limit features as needed to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Georgia unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Changes to These Terms
